High Speed Powder Coating System

This standard production line has been designed to assemble screws that measure, ~8, #10 and #12 or #12 and #14 ¾ “ to 3” long with corresponding sealing washers or cut washers. Machine can handle both gray and black and conductive and non-conductive washers, which means you can always choose the most cost-efficient materials for your productions.

This particular high speed powder coating system can also be adjusted to meet your specific needs.

This production line has been designed to assemble screws that measure 85mm length, and powder coat them too. It will also work with corresponding sealing washers that measure 12 and 14mm in diameter. Machine can handle both gray and black and conductive and non-conductive washers, which means you can always choose the most cost-efficient materials for your productions.

Treated screws

This high speed powder coating system can handle washers and screws that have been surface treated and plated in most instances, but it is not able to handle Teflon or wax-coated products. One operator can control the whole process of painting, including curing parameters and thickness amongst others.

The production line also offers a consistent, higher-quality finish than any hand-painting production line could hope to achieve and can be used with all manufactures of polyester powders, providing a trial has been conducted.

We can offer bespoke high speed powder coating lines to assemble washer to screw [if required] and powder paint a vast range of washer and screw sizes subject to trials.

Speedy manufacture

Manufactured and designed to provide a continuous speed of around 700 assemblies each minute [subject to screw size], with a single skilled operator, and a fast color changeover.
